It is the smallest cat in the world named as Mr. Peebles. It may look like a kitten, but it is 2 years of age and male in gender. Its small size is due to genetic defect which stops growth. It is 15.5 cm (6.1 inch) in height and 49 cm (19.2 inch) long. His name is also in Guinness Book or World Records as the world's smallest cat and he he holds certification for that.
