In whole series of Harry Potter, only Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban is the movie in which Lord Voldemort does not appear. In the Sorcerer's stone he appears on the back of Professor Quirrell's head. In the Chamber of Secrets he appeared as a child named as "Tom Riddle". After Goblet of Fire, he appears as himself in every film.
